The FNIRSI SWM-20 is a portable dual-pulse spot welder designed for 18650 and 21700 battery pack assembly, offering improved weld consistency over standard single-pulse capacitor units.

Dual-pulse technology uses an initial pulse to remove surface oxidation, followed by a controlled weld pulse, resulting in cleaner, stronger, and more repeatable welds. With fine adjustment control, real-time display, and integrated battery power, it is well suited to prototype work, repair, and controlled small-batch production.
