Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are shipped on the same working day.

Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

We offer a DPD next working day service to the majority of UK addresses, for certain locations or smaller orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 will be used.

SMS/Email tracking will be sent to you automatically when the order is dispatched.

We always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible! 

The dispatch team work particularly hard to ensure that all orders placed before 3pm, leave as expected. A target we have not missed in over 5 years! We cannot however account for disruption within the delivery companies networks. Things happen, lorries break down, staff are ill or parcels are mis-routed. You can rest assured that we will always resolve any delivery issue, but occasionally some patience is required to allow the delivery companies to rectify internal problems.
